  Hi Ronnie -

I don't have it, but it must be on their website; it's an 0845 number. It's
not cable, so you should be fine -

      Trace -

Firstly, my experience with Plusnet is very good, and I can tell you that
when I changed from my old package with them, to one of their "broadband your
way" packages, there was no loss of connection, so I hope that is reassuring.

I would suggest you look at their "broadband your way" packages, and see
which best meets your usage. Off-peak is between midnight and 8 am, but on the
cheaper BYW packages, there are speed restrictions at different times of the
day, but I have found these not to be especially noticeable, but I guess it all
depends on how much downloading you do, and what times; I understand the
dearest package to offer top speeds at all times, but you can confirm all this
for yourself by reading up on what they offer, they are very transparent, and
do tell what speeds they offer and when, in a 24 hour period.

I've been with them for several years now, and although have thought
about changing, am glad over all that I haven't, they are good value, and
customer service and support is very good, from the few times I have had to
make use of it.

      Good luck -

      Andy

        Hi

I've been on the plusnet website and have looked at their packages as
it were, I can't find mine anywhere, premier option 1, am I right in thinking
this is no longer offered.

There are two I'm interested in, one that gives top speeds at all time
but the monthly download limit seems to be fifteen gigs, the other is the same
price and gives thirty gigs, this however says nothing about top speeds, am I
right in thinking that this one doesn't offer top speeds at all times?

Their off peak hours now seems to be from midnight to some time in the
morning, I'm thinking that the rest of the time is part of the peak times and
is counted in your monthly allowance?

If I were to change isp how long is it likely I'd be without net
connection? I've heard it can be weeks?

        Thanks

        Trace
