[access-uk] Re: penfriend

Well, I have found nine pre-recorded labels and one for testing. I have a group of four pre-recorded labels and a further four on the reverse side of the packaging. The fifth, slightly more spaced from the others, appeared to be the one for testing on one side but has pre-recording on the other. Hmmm!

I haven't yet worked out how to affix the lanyard. Someone may have covered this but if so I didn't take note so could anyone give me some instruction, please?

received penfriend today. inside the box i found 4
prerecorded labels, and a blank testing label. although
difficult to find i found 11 prerecorded labels. They
were not obvious. has anyone else found them. the
instructions list the contents of the box which should
have included a warranty card. there wasn't one in either
of the two we bought. Brian
