I have just listened to the recording and it says labels can be used again.

I havn't seen all lables they come with  I'm afraid so can't guarantee
whether you can successfully  re use it. I'll feed back on this ASAP.

ah wow thanks for this. After one has stuck a label onto a box for
example, that was in the fridge, could I re-use that label or do they
only stick to something once?
