Hi,

I think you probably know the answer to this one now. Obviously the AGP
slot isn't usable by anything other than a graphics card.

Andrew.

hi, yes everest is great! this is an old system! smile, so for things
like
this it still tells the truth! smile.
i've just checked everest agian, it does list an agp slot so i'm sure
that's
what the 4th slot is.

It's a shame the Everest Home Edition was discontinued last
May. It sounds like a good program.

Has anyone been able to tell you if the 4 slots you have
found are all the same colour, and exactly parallel with one
another. It's just possible that what you think is a
fourth, is actually a vide AGP slot.

George.
