Hello Brian,
Go to the pc-audio website
www.pc-audio.org
where you will find a link to "Join, Leave, or Modify List Options".  Click 
on it and you should find a form for subscribing.

Sending an E-mail to change delivery options on the pc-audio list, e.g. 
going no mail, is currently not an option, as there is a problem with 
Mailman.  Perhaps the same problem applies to E-mailed requests to subscribe.
