Billy, to answer your questions, whenever you search for a product on EBay,
it will state in the product details whether the seller accepts pay pal
payments. If you have set up your pay pal account, you can then (as a rule)
click on buy it now and that will take you to a secure page where you can
buy the product using your pay pal account. Everything regarding the product
details are already filled in on the page, you just need to press the
continue button a couple of times and the last button is pay now. Job done.
You will then receive an e-mail informing you that you have been successful
in the transaction and a receipt for the money taken off your credit card.
Then sit back and wait for the goods to arrive. However, this is for buy it
now products, if you go down the other road and bid for goods in an auction,
then the process is very much the same as long as your bid is successful.
You will be notified either way by e-mail.

HTH
Jim.
