[access-uk] patch for converting PPTX and DOCX files

Hi,
I'm wondering if anyone knows where I can find the patch for converting PPTX and DOCX files into PPT and DOC files. I have Windows XP home 2003, and no matter what I try I cannot convert the above file types. I would very much appreciate the help. Thanks so much in advance.
