I used to be with BT, but now have cable, so am with the infamous Virgin
Media! Anyway, I do know from my time with BT that there used to be an
option to 'keep me signed in' when entering username and password. However,
this only lasted for a matter of 30 days or so and users then had to enter
their password again and tick the box to keep them signed in. If this is
what is happening, then that is just one of those little anomolies with BT,
if it is of any consulation, VM customers have to log in every time! The
other possibility is that either one of you have cleared your cookies or
done some kind of housekeeping. If cookies have been deleted, then the BT
signin cookie will have been deleted and, yes, you will have to log in
again.

Cheers.

John.

Hi Jackie,

While I agree with your views on BT as expressed in your
reply to David, have either yourself or martin considered
joining the BT.broadband.support News group?
