Sandra, thanks for this, but it is not the answer.  The sent box is checked.  I 
just sent another one and it is still not registering.  Funny thing, the access 
ones are showing up.

Hi Ron,

Go to tools, options, go to the sent tab and make sure the box which says, save 
a copy in the sent items folder is checked, hit apply and okay and that should 
sort it.
