Hi Debbie,
This is so easy, I am surprised your tutor couldn't work it out, even if you
couldn't. Here are the steps:-
1. Create a new message, Control-N.
2. Press Alt-V for the View Menu.
3. Arrow down to BCC and press enter on it.
That's it, done and dusted.
Maybe I should move to Devon. Any training jobs out there? <Smile>.
All the best

Subject: [access-uk] outlook 2003
Hi Everyone
I wonder if someone can help.
At college I am using JAWS 7.1 and outlook 2003.
Please could somebody tell me how to add the BCC field into an email. My
tutor and I just couldn't work it out so she had to use the mouse.
Thanks
Debbie
