Hello Martin,
You can't say that Nero Express is completely inaccessible,
because it can, by some messy and indirect means, be used
successfully with a screenreader. However, it is certainly less
accessible and more limited than using the full Nero Burning-ROM
program which comes as part of the Nero Ultra software. You'll
just have to use trial and error to see how you get on with Nero
StartSmart and Nero Express.
And don't think that with any version of Nero you will be able
to use such as the Nero Wave Editor, because it does not provide
keystrokes for doing intricate editing. You will have to be a
mouse user, using the screen to be able to use this to anything
like its full potential.
