I don't know where you got that idea from?  Mine lasts a good 2 days, and
then there still appears to be plenty of life in it. Plus I have Bluetooth
and Network discovery switched on, both of which are a drain on the battery.

Nokia themselves rate the phone at up to 240 minutes talk time and 225 hours
stand-by on GSM.

The battery life on the N95 is not all that good you have to charge it every
day.  Apart from that the N95 is a great phone.  I have one.
