Hi Andy,

Total Recorder is sold by High Criteria Inc. I think their WEB site is
www.highcriteria.com

If you can give them the address at which you purchased Total Recorder
then they will renew your key.

Hope this helps a bit.

I'm a little better, thanks, but still croaking and coughing a lot.

Hope to talk to you soon.

Hello Carol, Many thanks for the email but I have done the deed
already
I have reformatted the hard drive this morning because I was really
P----off
not being able to do what I wanted to do. I cannot remember just now
what
the programmes were off hand not all of them anyway, the one that I do
remember is total recorder I have lost the program and the
authorization
code for it so that is £45 up the creak. Thanks for your offer of
help I
shall have to look through my CDRW to see if I did back any of the
programmes up. Are you feeling any better? speak soon take care.
