[access-uk] more about Jaws not talking.

hi guys, more about my version of Jaws 7.0 not talking when in the folder
list tree view.
Its not that JFW doesn't talk at all, but it takes it a few seconds before
it says anything.
It does the very same in IE.
When trying to arroe in the fav list.
It is so frustrating.
