Ok but that is just same as *any* business.
A sale is a sale is a sale!
And as you're well aware, it is still illegal to give out either misleading,
or untrue information, at point of sale.

Myself personally no, but I did want to have one that I could lend my
friend.
Anyway George, if we think about it, Car Phone had absolutely nothing at
all
to gain, from sales nothing view, saying that most handsets sold in UK won't
work in US.
Now if they had said most *do* work in US then that would be different.
