Hello tony Well I have just got a t-mob one. With the support of my support worker she was able to change its settings to connect when it was detected. Customer support were no use at all. I have problems with emails with it as it does not support push email. This I believe is when you are connected permanently. But guide seams to work with it. Signal is a factor.
