Hi all

sorry for the cross posting

a friend of mine has got a message coming up on his laptop that win32.dll is
missing; he doesn't have a cd for windows.  Any suggestions on how he
proceeds from here?  He can't access some of his programs like Firefox.

I'll forward any helpful suggestions to him.  Thanks,
