Please excuse the spelling correction, Chris, but it's "CakeTalking". Or
more correctly, "CakeTalking for Sonar".

The name comes from the days when what is now Sonar was called CakeWalk.

If you can afford it, Sonar is accessible with Katetalking if you have JAWS.
Otherwise I'm not sure if there are free or cheap midi editors. Hope that
helps.
