[access-uk] Re: logon screen?

There is an easier way and it is:
Go to user accounts in control pannel. Choose the account you want to change 
and then select the option to change the way users log on and change this to 
use the welcome screen.  Remember to de-select all the other options within 
this dialogue.

control userpasswords2
Look around that dialog, see what you can find.
