Particularly as it is an RNIB radio station and many blind people are likely to be tuning in. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Barry Hill" <bbinc@xxxxxxxxxxxxx>

One thing, though. There are a lot of unlabeled buttons on the player.
That was an easy thing to have put in the development.

Subject: [access-uk] listening to insight radio on the web

Hello All,
I have been to insight radio on the web, and I am trying to listen to them,
but I can't due to them changing to a new service.
They have got a radio web player and I am using JAWS11.
I e-mailed them about it and I got a reply back from the boss.
See below, in what he said.
Please could any one try listening to them and let me know how you get on.
Andrew

Hi Andrew,

Many thanks for your feedback on our Listen Live function.

I have spoken to the technical guys and they tell me things are still in
the process of being completed in the development stage.

As you state in your to-the-point email, we do know about these things
and yes we do have the expertise to ensure that we provide the best
services for our audience. That, however, comes with a lot of work and
trials hence the reason for us requesting feedback on the website.

The important thing is that the player works when you open it and you
can hear the radio station. If this is not the case there must be a
fault with your computer which you should have checked out.

Keep checking back at the Insight Radio website for more development and
improvements.

Regards,

Ross
