I went to the website at:

and hit enter on the link that said listen live and it took me to:
http://www.insightradio.co.uk/insightplayer/insightplayer.html
and started playing straight away.
So, all I can conclude from that is that he may be right - You might have
something amiss with your computer.

Many thanks for your feedback on our Listen Live function.
I have spoken to the technical guys and they tell me things are still in
the process of being completed in the development stage.
As you state in your to-the-point email, we do know about these things
and yes we do have the expertise to ensure that we provide the best
services for our audience. That, however, comes with a lot of work and
trials hence the reason for us requesting feedback on the website.
The important thing is that the player works when you open it and you
can hear the radio station. If this is not the case there must be a
fault with your computer which you should have checked out.
Keep checking back at the Insight Radio website for more development and
improvements.
