Subject: [access-uk] leaving feedback on ebay

Hello everyone,

for those who leave feedback on ebay I thought it might be useful to know
that the system has been changed so that you can, as well as the usual
overall feedback, leave feeback on specific aspects of your transaction,
e.g. speed of delivery, value for money, etc.

Unfortunaely, they have done two things wrong with their system. Firstly,
the labels for the type and quality of performance you are choosing to
select are very badly done and are therefore impossible for Jaws to read.

Secondly, whereas the normal feedback categories are listed from good to
poor, the new ones are listed from poor to good. God knows why.

If you click on the wrong link you will be asked for reasons for giving a
poor rating, and you can easily put it right. But I thought it might save a
bit of time if I explained the above. Alan Russell.
