Derek, similar debates (to put it politely) have now been fuelled by you
on two other lists on this self same matter.  It seems pointless to ask
for people's opinions so that when they give them, you can simply take
issue with them.  You asked for people's views. If you disagree with
those views then the way to test them is either to have the argument
with the company or go to court over the matter.  Arguing the toss on a
list like this where people have given you what you asked for is
entirely counter productive.  If you think people here are wrong then go
and ask the DRC or someone.
