This is rather remiss of stores across the country.  Perhaps a more 
stringent change in law is needed.  Until then, I guess you are going to 
have to put up with reasonable adjustment.

I am only  aware of 2
A  high class London store "Fortnum & Mason" do their Christmas
catalogue in Braille. Also the high street store Boots do.
