I would also like to recommend the scales sold by Caretec.  They don't have
weights like those you are looking for Brian, but we've just bought the
Vivienne talking scales, and the voice is very good.  They are compact, and
don't have a bowl, so you can stand a jug or glass of your own and weigh it,
as well as a parcel.  The beauty of them is that they can differentiate
between water, oil and milk, for example, a bit like the Cobolt jug.

The scales with weights bring back good memories though, and if those are
what you are looking for, good luck.
