Ar yes, if you don't have the proper video drivers for your machine then no; JAWS will not install the video intercept.

Chris, i have not sorted out the jaws problem i was having.
It seemed to be the video driver.
I lookied in device manager, and the video driver was not installed at
all. so i went to the acer website got the proper video driver and now
its all working properly,

Yes this is related to what you are having. This is a known bug with
JAWS 10 and is fixed in the latest JAWS 10 I believe, 10.0.1178. If
you can though upgrade to JAWS 11.

hi guys, i have a very annoying problem with jaws 10 at the moment.
I can't seem to be able to read list boxes infact in any kinda lists.
And the jaws cursor does not read anything at all. just keeps
repeating
blank as you go down.
I am not sure if this has anything to do with the problem, but when
jaws
starts an error message something like

freedom scientific video intercept
status. video intercept not installed.

Any help would be great,

Billy
