I would try the reading keys and insert+T to find out what windows are
popping up here, sounds like some errors are being posted to the system (not
by Jaws) which you are having to interact with first, these need to be
examined.

Subject: [access-uk] jaws query

Hi All

When I turn on laptop jaws, then outlook, is supposed to load automatically.

This isn't happening now and the only wayI can get them to load is as
follow:

Turn on laptop, then press the return key, then press space bar,
then all is ok. So how do I get the programs to load automatically
again?

I am using windows98se and jaws 3.7

 Thank you.

Regards,
Derek
