I have telephoned sky, freeview as I had no audio description on either and
in fact its ITV problem they have problems with the audio description which
they are hoping to resolve on Monday, but please ring ITV and complain then
it will be resolve quicker as they work on complaints.

You are not alone. The quality on 963 is absolutely dreadful. Not only
that, I can't get 963 any more. Nothing is coming up. Anyone care to
comment? I seem to have a blank channel, but I don't know if anything is
coming up on the screen.

Like you John, I've been looking for it since yesterday.
I've scanned the whole way through the channels and its not there!
On another point, am I alone in thinking that the quality of sound on
963-964 was pretty poor?
