Hi Carol P.
Rota switch? The only settings I am aware of are characters, words, languages at the very minimum.
Take care.

Wait till you get to the rotor switch, then you'll find speed control
can be altered more quickly ... <Smiles>

this?

Hi all.
Wow this is my first post on instructing someone how to
do something on the iPhone. Please wish me luck. Smiles.
Seriously, try the following:
1. On the home screen, double tap on settings. Note if
you are not on the home screen, press the home button.
2. Double tap on general.
3. Double tap on accessibility.
4. Double tap on VoiceOver.
5. Swipe to the right until you hear speaking rate.

6. Swipe up or down until the desired value is set.
7. Double tap the back button until you are at the main
settings screen. 8. Press the home button to return to the home screen.
Good luck!
Take care.
