HI Carol, My iphone is with O2, and I went into their shop on Thursday and they were able to sort me out, Thanks. Yes you can get an iphone 4 on pay as you go, from all the providers that I have spoken to, But at the moment I was not able to get iphone 4S from any one except from the Apple shop, but after you have bought the phone you need to get a sym card from some one.
