Hi David, Actually, I have just had that system fitted, and it is superb. The whole system talks, it can control the lights too. For example, when someone walks into our back door, the dining room light comes on for about four minutes, so that they can see. Very useful, as I always forget about lights. But it is also an excellent alarm system, and as I say, virtually every aspect of it talks, including telling you when doors are open, if you want it too. This is of course, switchable, but hearing your house say "Back door open", is kind of space-age <Smile>. It is even less complicated than Tink's <Smile>. For example, I have a keyfob, so when I go out I simply zap the house to arm it. When I come back, I zap the house again to disarm it. No four digit codes, unless you want to do it from the control panel, then you have to enter one. But if I lose the keyfob, I can simply deactivate it from the control panel. All round, an excellent system.
