[access-uk] induction hobs

Hi all,
I'm new to this list so hope its the right place for my question. I need to
purchase a new cooker, I'm used to gas, but have just discovered induction
hobs. I thought they offered a lot of advantages for me, but all appear to have
touch screen controls. Does anyone know if there are more accessible types of
these cookers available, or shall I stick with gas?
