Ctrl and Up arrow or Down Arrow should change the volume.

Hi List,

How do you increase or decrease volume in VLC Media Player? I went ahead and
installed the offered update when I opened the program a couple of weeks
ago - ie version 1.1.4, but I was sure there used to be a keyboard shortcut.
When I bring up the Audio menu and arrow down to increase volume, am I
supposed to do something more after pressing enter, or is this no longer
accessible via the keyboard? I'm using JAWS 9.0.2169U and NVDA 2010.1, and
it has been suggested to me by someone on another list, that it would be
better not to update VLC or, in my case, as I already have, to go back to an
earlier version which is more accessible. I just thought I'd ask here and
see if it's just some slight difference others have still been able to
access with screenreaders. I'm using Windows XP Home, in case that helps.

Vivien
