Got to say, this is the method I've been using for years. I know how much
salt is in the food and I don't get loads of e-numbers.

Still, there are times when I just can't be bothered to cook and I just want
to throw something like oven fish and oven chips in the oven and sit back
until they're done. I know by experience how long to cook them, but it
would be nice for a novice to be able find out themselves.

Cheers

Barry

strangely enough there are a number of seperate tactile items that are
available and when used consequetively they eliminate the worry about the
sorts of problems you have identified.

Start with some potatoes, some onions, and some minced beef or soya mince.
On line accessible recipes are available with cooking times, tempretures and
methods for preparation.
