Only the new high capacity iPod touch's have Voiceover, the old 8GB and
previous generation iPod touch's don't. However I do not think the iTel works
with any of the iPod Touch's. I hope that makes sense.

I thought the Ipod Touches had Voice Over similar to the I Phone GS?
I found the Cobolt Itel product awful. Clunky and didn’t' offer access to all
features.

If you are buying a new iPod then all of the new one's can have speech on them
without the aid of any external unit. If however you have an old one it may be
useful but I am not certain which units are compatible except I know none of
the iPod touch's will be . Hopefully somebody will be able to provide some user
experience information for you.
