I use the letter H to jump to the list of results and then through them.
Google headings are well laid out IMHO. As well you could use region
navigation to jump to search results. In Jaws use the letter L for region
navigation.

Subject: [access-uk] how google presents results

I am getting horribly lost in Google.
My searches seem to produce dozens of adds which are irrelevant.
how do I skip the results?
