Hello Andrew What has happened to shake your self confidence? Without knowing it is a little like trying to catch jelly fish with your fingers. All I can say is that as you are obviously skilled at using the net to communicate and have enough self awareness to realise you are feeling down about yourself, you are in no way lacking in self confidence. Be positive, look at all the skills you have and how well you are able to use them...you are in a much better position than many others and can say with some honesty that you are able to cope with some of the technical barriers that many sighted people can not handle. Chin up, shoulders back and look the world in the eye. sRegards Gordon From glorious Devon, England -----Original Message----- From: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of andrew shipp Sent: 15 August 2007 18:35 To: access-uk Subject: [access-uk] how does one build confidence Hi all, I need some help here in how does one build there confidence level up, I have lost a lot of confidence in the last few weeks and need to get it back.
