1. Go to my computer.
2. Right click/press the application key.
3. Locate the system restore tab.
4. Check the box that says "turn off system restore".
5. Click apply, then click OK. By turning off system restore all your previous
restore points will be deleted.

Subject: [access-uk] how do I clear my restore point history?
AVG detected a trojan on my system, which it successfully moved to the virus
vault.
Now my system keeps telling me that there is the same trojan in my c:volume
restore file.
I believe that the way to remove this alert is to delete all my past restore
points, but I can't remember how to do it and I can't find a button or menu
item which does this.
Can anyone help?
