yes, these are windows updates that are being installed automatically.
if you go to control panel then in to windows update, then click update
history, you can see what's been installed though the codes aren't
always explanatory.

Every so often my computer keeps saying restart to finish installation, but I have not downloaded anything to the best of my knowledge. Is there any way I can check what is been installed before I restart my computer.
