[access-uk] help

Hello Folks.  I used my wife's laptop to go on to the Serotek Website this 
morning and since then her laptop has gone quiet.  The screen has the Compaq 
name on it but the desktop is not coming up.  Jaws won't load so I can't help 
her.  Any ideas anyone?
