I seem to remember reading somewhere that the conversions done to WMA are
not always good in that many of the converters are deliberately low
quality
because of licensing issues and things. I seem to have heard this applies
particularly to wma files but I am somewhat vague on this and could well
be
talking rubbish.

if you have the MP3 bit rate too low.
