I am subscribed to a group on GoogleGroups, send the usual blank message to:

goldwave4theblind-subscribe@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

The moderator is Roger South, the group is very international, the traffic
is light most of the time.

I believe there is another group in Google's system, maybe enter a search
and it might come up, cannot remember it's name or any of the details here.
