It has a little switch in a little hole, by the on-off switch. You need to
move it with a pen or a small object like that.

Hi, I bought my Fortuna from Expansys only 4 weeks ago... look on the
website or try phoning them again - it's an excellent receiver and, if I
could figure out how to activate it, it has a higher resolution mode - I've
even tried to work it out using sighted help but failed...

expansys who sell way finder and they tell me that the fortuna receiver
doesnt come with this package but they didn't sell the fortuna separately.
