[access-uk] Re: formats for correspondence from banks etc

Hi Karl,

Although I don't think I will be able to easily solve the
problem I have with my bank, I understand the problem with
RNIB correspondence to which you have referred in the
message to which I'm replying, and  I would certainly
support you in persuading RNIB to make the change you're
suggesting.  Maybe John, who works for RNIB and has had
input to this thread already, may reply to either your
message or my own at some point in the near future.
