Billy, when he performs the upgrade he'll be given the choice to format the
HDD during setup.

Subject: [access-uk] format advice?

hi guys,
my friend needs to clean format his HDD.
At the moment xp home is on his system, but he has some kind of problem with
it, and feels he needs to format the hard disk, and start over again.
I think he wants to upgrade to xp pro, and wants to clean format the drive.

Billy
