Suggest you look at rules 9,10 and 18 and consider the legal implications. 9
and 10 seriously breach competition law and 18 has serious discrimination
implications for those disabled people who may have trouble complying if they
need help from an outsider and may have to wait for that help. If rule 18 is
applied these people would be expelled from the list for something that is not
their fault.
I personally have drawn the attention of the "group manager" to these problems;
his only response was that i was the only one who had complained and if i
didn't like it i could always leave.
I've since been told that complaints have been sent in but he takes no notice.
