You can just go onto the site, go to register and enter all your details then 
there's an ask for invitation button or something like that you just have to 
put in some details and they send you back an email with an invitation code.  I 
did it today.

  Hi Carol, I think that now you have to have an invitation to register and be 
able to use WebVisum. They've introduced this system to prevent spammers from 
registering and then using WebVisum for nefarious purposes.

    Well, I've taken a look at the site, so far as I'm able without creating an 
account, but haven't really discovered the purpose of an invite, as opposed to 
registering.  Perhaps you could enlighten me.
