Wendy,
It is perfectly accessible. I use Jaws and have no problems, and I would
class myself as an average ability pc user, no more than that. I have only
used it for buying compact discs, but, once you have registered, and opened
a Paypal account, everything is fairly straightfrorward.
Why not give it a try and then come back with any questions you may have.
There are quite a few on this list who use Ebay happily.
Good luck.
David

Hi list
Has anyone ever used Ebay - is it accessible and is it possible to take
part in the auctioning side? Thought I'd ask before trying it out.
Thanks.
Wendy
