Hi John

Well i'm hoping to get to Sight Village this year to have a look at what's available. I won't be getting a Braille Note, I already have a Brailliant braille display for my pC so I'm not buying another one of those as part of the braille Note package and don't need a voicenote, so it's looking like Trekker or Wayfinder. still, no rush, I'll have a look at both before I decide what I'm getting, if anything.

Thanks for the info

James

hi james the braille note gps is more versatile and of course you have the braille output but of course what a price. wayfinder is cheaper and is not as blind friendly it's mainstream though and used with your pc to look up addresses is very fast. one thing it is very portable but in traffic noise and on buses and trains sometimes hard to hear though i love my braille output. as it uses bluetooth gps receiver it's a lot better to carry with you it's a bit like saying which do you like best window eyes or jaws both have their plus and minus.
