Yes, so have I, they're in 128 bit stereo if anybody wanted to know before hand, but hey, they're free!

I have downloaded the first five. the next four will become available at various times towards the end of the month. The site gives details of when the next downloads will become available.

Peter,
You were very fortunate! With my dial up connection it invariably cuts off after about 2
hours but as I am using Winget I can resume. I think that you will certainly need a
download manager if you want Symphony 9!

I too was surprised at the audio quality, and i am hoping to get the whole set by the
weekend. It will be nice to have all 9 as mp3s on a single Cd.

Beethoven symphonies downloaded from the net.
I have tried this with his 2nd symphony. I consider the sound quality to
be
very good indeed; just as good as ordinary radio listening. I am using a
dial up connection and the download took well over 3 hours; I expected it
to
cut out before the finish but it did not.
All the best,
Peter.
